Notice to Existing Customers with Quinn Insurance policies
You will now doubt have seen the news stories surrounding the position with Quinn Insurance. For those existing customers who are insured with Quinn we want to make you aware of the current sitiuation.
Quinn Insurance Ltd are still continuing to trade and in a release from the company they have confirmed that they are operating profitably, however the Irish Financial Regulator has a perception that there has been a depreciation in the assets of the business and in order to investigate these claims have appointed Grant Thornton as administrators.
Both the administrator and the financial regulator have confirmed that existing policy holders will be unaffected by the regulator's decision. All existing customers can continue to make claims in the usual way and therefore your policy remains valid and fully in force.
As a valued customer we want to ensure that you have complete peace of mind when arranging your insurances with us and we will continue to keep you informed of any announcements made by the regulator.
We appreciate you may have concerns however we want to reassure you that your policy remains valid and will no way be affected by the announcement.
